We use Zoho Assist or Splashtop — secure, encrypted screen-sharing tools. You download a small app, share a code with us, and we connect to your device. You can see everything we do in real-time and disconnect at any moment. We never access your device without your permission and we never record sessions.
What if my issue can't be fixed remotely? +
Some problems require physical hands — broken screens, failed hard drives, or hardware that needs replacing. If we can't fix it remotely, we'll tell you upfront, explain exactly what's needed, and schedule an on-site visit. Business plan clients get priority on-site scheduling and a discounted on-site rate.
Can I cancel anytime? +
Yes — no contracts, no cancellation fees. Just message us before your next billing date and we'll cancel it. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for.
What does the monthly tune-up include? +
Pro and Business plan clients get a monthly proactive session where we clean up startup programs, remove junk files, check for software updates, scan for malware, and make sure everything is running at peak performance — even if you haven't reported a problem. Think of it as a health check for your computer.
Is my data safe during a session? +
Absolutely. All sessions use end-to-end encrypted connections. We only access files and applications directly related to the issue you've reported. We never copy, store, or share your personal data. We will never ask for your full passwords — if a password reset is needed, we guide you through doing it yourself.
What if I need more sessions than my plan includes? +
Basic plan clients can purchase additional sessions at $25 each. Pro and Business clients have unlimited sessions so there's no overage to worry about. If you find yourself consistently needing more than your plan allows, we'll recommend upgrading — it's almost always more cost-effective.
Do you offer a free trial? +
Yes — new subscribers get their first month free. No credit card tricks, no auto-lock-in. We'll remind you 3 days before the trial ends so you can decide if you want to continue. We're confident you will.
