Do I really need this if I'm a small business?

Can this be done remotely or do you have to come in person?
Most of the Security Starter package can be done remotely via secure screen-sharing. The Business Shield requires an on-site visit to audit the network and all devices properly. We offer same-day and next-day on-site visits across the Kansas City area.
What's dark web monitoring and why does it matter?
When companies get hacked, stolen email addresses and passwords end up for sale on the dark web. Dark web monitoring scans those databases for your email addresses and alerts you immediately if your credentials show up — so you can change passwords before someone uses them to access your accounts.
Will you ever need access to my passwords?
Never. We will never ask for your full passwords during any session. If a password reset is needed, we guide you through doing it yourself. All sessions use encrypted screen-sharing and we only access what's directly relevant to the work being done.
Can I add Security Monitor without doing a one-time package first?
Yes — Security Monitor is a standalone add-on and doesn't require a prior package. However, we strongly recommend pairing it with a one-time setup first. Monitoring tells you when there's a problem — the setup makes sure you're protected before one happens.
How long does the setup take?
Security Starter takes approximately 1.5–2 hours for one device. Business Shield takes 3–4 hours depending on the number of devices and network complexity. We work efficiently and don't leave until everything is confirmed working.
